Our background

Built on four decades of NSW valuation work

Since 1984 we have valued almost every type of property, from a single suburban cottage to due diligence on some of the biggest property deals in Australia.

That breadth matters. Courts, tribunals, acquiring authorities and the tax office all look at valuations differently, and knowing what each expects is what makes a report stand up.

We have also built particular depth in strata, having personally inspected more than 35% of all strata schemes in New South Wales.

How we work

The standards we hold ourselves to

Four commitments that shape every report that leaves our office.

Inventive

Four decades across every kind of property gives us original, practical answers to new problems — and we stand behind them.

Watchful

Each week we study negligence cases and legislative changes, so our methods keep pace with the law.

Accountable

Registered Valuers since 1984 and licensed Real Estate Agents, working to our Institutes’ Code of Conduct and Ethics.

Unaligned

No maintenance-company affiliations and no referral income. Like an auditor, we are paid only for an honest opinion.

Our purpose

Making our clients’ work easier

What we aim for

Property reports that are accurate, practical and properly researched — and easy for a non-valuer to read.

How we get there

By working closely with each client and their advisers from the first call, so the report answers the question that actually needs answering.

Our duties

What you can expect from us

An opinion that isn’t for sale

We are paid for our time and expertise, never for reaching a particular figure. Nothing in our business depends on referrals.

The right method for the purpose

A compensation claim, a capital gains tax return and a unit entitlement schedule each call for different approaches. We apply the one the law and the decision-maker expect.

A report you can follow

We set out the evidence and the reasoning in plain English, and we’ll walk you, your solicitor or your accountant through it.

Professional conduct

We work to our Institutes’ Code of Conduct and Ethics, and our Directors contribute to the committees that shape property legislation.

Our team

The people behind your report

When you call, you speak with the Valuer who will prepare your report.
